Styles bought on The Sunday Surprise can be exchanged or returned for credit vouchers for a fee of Rs.150 only, which will be deducted from the credit voucher generated for the exchange or return.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once the product has been dispatched. This can also be found the 'My Account' section on the website.
We adopt a 15-day policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is mentioned on the product page itself.
Free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers, swimwear, bodysuits, stockings & jewellery are not eligible for return.
We accept returns & exchanges on products purchased on The Sunday Surprise for a fee of Rs.150 only. This will be deducted from the store credit voucher generated for the exchange or return.
You will get a store credit voucher for the amount you have paid towards the returned products. Please note, Cash on Delivery, Loyalty reward points, and shipping charges are not refundable.
It takes 5 quick steps to return a product:
Step 1: Go to the 'My Account' section and click on 'Request a Return' button found next to your order.
Step 2: Select the order and the the products you wish to return and the reason for each of them.
Step 3: Click on 'Submit Request'.
Step 4: A reverse pick-up will be scheduled.
Step 5: You will receive a store credit voucher for the amount of the style/s returned.
For domestic orders: 7 to 10 working days.
Currently we do not accept returns on furniture, final sale products and all international orders.
It will take 7-10 business days for your order to be delivered. Please get in touch with the Customer Delight Team for expedited delivery.
For Furniture: It takes 6 to 8 weeks for production and 15 to 20 days for delivery after it is dispatched.
For India: Free shipping above Rs.1000. There is a nominal fee of Rs.200 for orders below Rs.1000. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For International: Shipping charges will be levied basis cart value and location. This will show directly at checkout and will be included in your order.

Products eligible for return can be returned at our stores.
Swimwear, bodysuits, stockings and jewellery are not valid for return as we maintain a strict hygiene protocol for the same.
Fragile home decor items are not eligible for returns as they may break in transit.
Products purchased on a higher discount are not eligible for return/exchange. We mention that the product is 'FINAL SALE' i.e not valid for return/ exchange below the name of the product on the product page in red as well.
STORE CREDIT VOUCHERS
When you return a product, our refund is given in the form of a store credit voucher which is 100% redeemable against purchases and is valid for one entire year.
The store credit has beenn converted into an easy-to-use 16-digit code that can be applied directly at checkout, and the store credit amount will be auto-deducted from your bill.
This code has been emailed to you on your registered email address. For your convenience, an SMS has also been sent to your registered mobile number.
You can use your credit voucher online, and at our stores in Mumbai and Kolkata.
You can apply your code at checkout, in the “Gift/Discount code” box under your order total.
Unless it is a matter of sizing in clothing or shoes, promotional gifts and contest winnings cannot be exchanged for other products or for credit vouchers.

RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS

If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, TheLabelLife.com shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order; * For all other instances you can notify us 15 days from when the product is delivered to you Products should be unused/unwashed; * TheLabelLife.com will arrange a pick-up of all products except for international orders. If TheLabelLife.com is unable to do so, we will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such a form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with Label Corp Private Limited; Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.; It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit; The returned products are subject to verification and checks by TheLabelLife.com in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product. * These conditions will not apply to products where the defects could not, using reasonable diligence, be discovered, at the time of delivery.
If a product returned is duly accepted by TheLabelLife.com, the value of said product, as originally paid by you will be refunded in the form of a store credit/voucher. If the product can be repaired by the service centre, TheLabelLife.com would get the same repaired and send it back to you.
A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by you or TheLabelLife.com
NO COMPENSATION POLICY
If the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given other than the return, credit voucher or exchange of the product.
