  • Domestic: We accept Debit/Credit cards, PayTM, Google Pay, UPI, Simpl, Net Banking, and COD (with a Rs.100 fee).
  • International: All international cards (except Amex from select countries) and PayPal.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes you may, if your order has not been dispatched, except for swimwear. Please get in touch with our Customer Delight Team at the earliest to change/cancel your order.

WHAT IS PRE-ORDER?

We offer some styles for sale before they actually arrive. We ship them our after they arrive at our warehouse. All you need to do is click on the PRE ORDER button on a respective product page to place an order.

Every Sunday, a bestseller is FLAT Rs.1000 for 24 hours only.

ARE RETURNS ELIGIBLE ON THE SUNDAY SURPRISE?

Styles bought on The Sunday Surprise can be exchanged or returned for credit vouchers for a fee of Rs.150 only, which will be deducted from the credit voucher generated for the exchange or return.

the following fabrics can be machine washed on a gentle cycle: Cotton Twill, Cotton, Polyester Lycra, Polyester, Polyester Satin, Poplin, Polyester Crepe, Polyester Georgette, Polyester Twill, Corduroy, Banana Crepe, Tencel Jersey.

WHICH FABRICS SHOULD BE HAND WASHED?

The following fabrics should be hand washed: Lycra blends, Viscose Modal, Embroidered fabrics, Embellished fabrics, Spandex.

WHICH FABRICS MUST BE DRY CLEANED?

The following fabrics must be dry cleaned: Tulle, Lace, Sequinned, Tweed, Velvet, Suede, Organza.

Shipping & returns

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once the product has been dispatched. This can also be found the 'My Account' section on the website.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

We adopt a 15-day policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is mentioned on the product page itself.
Free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers, swimwear, bodysuits, stockings & jewellery are not eligible for return.
We accept returns & exchanges on products purchased on The Sunday Surprise for a fee of Rs.150 only. This will be deducted from the store credit voucher generated for the exchange or return.

WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY AFTER I RETURN MY ORDER?

You will get a store credit voucher for the amount you have paid towards the returned products. Please note, Cash on Delivery, Loyalty reward points, and shipping charges are not refundable.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

It takes 5 quick steps to return a product:
Step 1: Go to the 'My Account' section and click on the 'Returns' tab.
Step 2: Select the order and the the products you wish to return and the reason for each of them.
Step 3: Click on 'Submit Request'.
Step 4: A reverse pick-up will be scheduled.
Step 5: You will receive a store credit voucher for the amount of the style/s returned.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

For domestic orders: 15 to 30 working days.
Currently we do not accept returns on international orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

It will take 22-32 business days for your order to be delivered. Please get in touch with the Customer Delight Team for expedited delivery.

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?

For domestic: Free shipping above Rs.1000. There is a nominal fee of Rs.200 for orders below Rs.1000. Shipping charges are not refundable.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IN-STORE?

Products eligible for return can be returned at our stores.

WHY ARE CERTAIN PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Swimwear, bodysuits, stockings and jewellery are not valid for return as we maintain a strict hygiene protocol for the same.
Fragile home decor items are not eligible for returns as they may break in transit.
Products purchased on a 60% or a higher discount are not eligible for return/exchange. We mention that the product is not valid for return/ exchange below the name of the product on the product page in red as well.

WHAT IS A STORE CREDIT VOUCHER?

When you return a product, our refund is given in the form of a store credit voucher which is 100% redeemable against purchases and is valid for one entire year.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY STORE CREDIT VOUCHER?

You need to login with your registered email ID on the website, the voucher will reflect under the Store Credit/Gift Card section. At the time of checkout, you simply need to select the tab with all your active store credit one by one. The store credit amount will auto deduct from the total amount.

WHERE CAN I USE MY STORE CREDIT VOUCHER?

You can use your credit voucher online, at our stores in Mumbai and Kolkata.

How can I earn reward points?

Every Rs.100 you spend, you earn 2 reward points. Every 1 reward points = Rs.1.

When do my reward points expire?

Your shopping reward points expire in 1 year, while birthday and sign up points expire in 1 month.

How can I redeem my reward points?

At checkout, you can choose to redeem your reward points. At once, you can redeem 50% of your total cart value.

What happens when I return/exchange my order?

In case of return or exchange, your redeemed reward points will not be added back into your account.

Where can I see my reward points?

You can see your reward points in the My Account section and during checkout.

Yes, you can redeem your reward points in our Mumbai and Kolkata stores.

How do I upgrade my Rewards status?
