Yes you may, if your order has not been dispatched, except for swimwear. Please get in touch with our Customer Delight Team at the earliest to change/cancel your order.

CAN SOME FABRICS BE MACHINE WASHED?
Yes, the following fabrics can be machine washed on a gentle cycle: Cotton Twill, Cotton, Polyester Lycra, Polyester, Polyester Satin, Poplin, Polyester Crepe, Polyester Georgette, Polyester Twill, Corduroy, Banana Crepe, Tencel Jersey.
CAN SOME FABRICS BE HAND WASHED?
Yes, the following fabrics can be hand washed: Lycra blends, Viscose Modal, Embroidered fabrics, Embellished fabrics, Spandex.
CAN SOME FABRICS BE DRY CLEANED?
Yes, the following fabrics must be dry cleaned: Tulle, Lace, Sequinned, Tweed, Velvet, Suede, Organza.
RETURNS & SHIPPING
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once the product has been dispatched. This can also be found the 'My Account' section on the website.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
We adopt a 15-day policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is mentioned on the product page itself.
Free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers, Swimwear & Jewellery are not eligible for return.
WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY AFTER I RETURN MY ORDER?
You will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid for one year.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
For domestic orders: 15 to 20 working days.
For international orders: It may take longer due to respective shipping and customs formalities.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
It will take 2-7 business days for your order to be delivered. Please get in touch with the Customer Delight Team for expedited delivery.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?
For domestic: There is no shipping charge.
For the Middle East: Singapore and Hong Kong: 600 INR is the flat shipping rate. Orders over 15000 INR do not carry a shipping fee. All customs and duty charges are paid-for.
For other countries: You will need to pay customs and duty as per the country you reside in, which will be on actuals. The same will need to be paid at the time of accepting the order.
WHY ARE CERTAIN PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Certain cateogies like Swimwear and Jewellery are not valid for return as we maintain a strict hygiene protocol for the same.
Similarly, Home as an entire category cannot be returned due to breakage in multiple transits. However, light linens such as pillow cases, cushion & shams covers are valid for return.

When you return a product, the refund is given in the form of a credit voucher which is 100% redeemable against purchases and is valid for one year.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY CREDIT VOUCHER?
Enter your voucher code or select the credit voucher at checkout and the amount will automatically adjust and reflect against your total.
WHERE CAN I USE MY CREDIT VOUCHER?
You can use your credit voucher online, at our stores in Mumbai and Delhi and at Pop Ups.
You cannot use your credit voucher at our Project Eve & Curations shop-in-shops.
