ORDERS

Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched except for our swimwear. To do so, please get in touch with our Customer Delight Team on +91 22 307 70280 or at help@thelabellife.com with your order number and your request . You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

What happens if an item ordered is out of stock?

Our Customer Delight Team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card account used to make the payment or via a gift card. It usually takes 10-15 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account. The gift card once issued, can be used right away. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds do not apply, as the payment is not yet made.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you have logged in while placing the order, you can view your order status in the 'My Account Order Tab'. If you have placed the order as a guest your details won't reflect in the 'My Account' section but don't worry, we will send you timely updates via email and SMS apprising you of your order status.

How do I redeem my store credit/voucher?

Enter your voucher code at the checkout and the voucher amount will automatically adjust and reflect against the total amount.

Why does my order have the old packaging and tags?

Rest assured, TheClosetLabel.com, TheTrunkLabel.com, and TheHomeLabel.com are together now TheLabelLife.com. However, the reason your order still has our old branding and packaging is because select products in our warehouse are kept pre-packed and are ready to be shipped as soon as an order is placed. This is why certain pieces may still have our previous tags and packaging.

WHAT ARE PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS?

We offer some items for sale before they actually arrive at our warehouse from our factory. And hence a delay in dispatch is possible. Each individual product has a different dispatch timeline. We try our best to dispatch all the products of your order in one shipment for your convenience. In case you have ordered a Pre-order product, your whole order will be dispatched when all the pieces are available. Domestic SHIPPING

Is there an additional shipping charge?

We have free shipping above Rs.2000 across India for all orders. Although we charge a convenience fee of Rs 100 to avail the Cash on Delivery service. This convenience fee is not refundable.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

This depends on whether the products in your order are on Pre-order , mode of payment and on your location. We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 3 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Some products are on pre-order so please expect a short delay in the dispatch of these products. The relevant product page will have these details mentioned.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, RETURNS & Payment

Does TheLabelLife.com ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. This service is available on Clothing, Accessories & Shoes but not on our House and Home section.

For the Middle East - There is no minimum order value; we currently ship to the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan, and Qatar.

For other countries - There is a minimum order value of $200 USD.

How do I place an international order?

For the Middle East, Singapore and Hongkong- Change the country to International and select your currency from the menu. While changing the country your cart will be emptied, so doing so before adding items to your cart is advisable.

For other countries - Please email us on help@thelabellife.com with the list products you are interested in, specifying sizes and quantities of each, your delivery address, and contact number and we will get in touch with you in 1-to-2 business days.

Is there an additional shipping charge?

For the Middle East, Singapore and Hongkong- There is flat shipping charge of 600 INR. Orders over 15000 INR do not carry a shipping fee. All customs and duty charges are paid-for.

For other countries - There is a nominal charge based on the products and country we ship to. Please note, you will need to pay customs and duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs and duty will be on actuals, and you will need to pay the same at the time of accepting the order.

How do I pay for my order?

We only ship out prepaid orders. We accept international cards except Amex from select countries and PayPal.

We offer the option to exchange within 24-to-48 hours of receiving the product. Please email us on help@thelabellife.com with the list of products you need to exchange and the reason for them, as we would like to help. Our Customer Delight Team will get in touch with you in 1-to-2 business days. We try our best to ensure that our products reach you defect and damage-free but in the off chance this happens, please share images with us as well. This will help us solve your query faster.

Do you arrange reverse pickups?

No we do not have a reverse pickup facility for international orders .You will need to ship the products back to us at your own cost. You will get a credit voucher of the product value you paid minus the shipping costs, which is valid for a year. Customs duties, taxes, clearance and handling fees are non-refundable as they are paid to third parties.

How does a gift card work?

You can send a gift card of any value to your friends and family with absolute ease. We email the gift voucher code to the recipient on your behalf along with a message.

How can I use my gift voucher?

If you have received a gift voucher, all you have to do is shop all that you love and on the checkout page, enter your gift voucher code in the discount code section. Your gift voucher will automatically adjust against your total amount.
